Do you accept online bookings?​
  • Yes, we do accept online bookings. We are a fully automated cleaning service provider, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free customer experience.

Do you take cash?
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or check payments. However, we do accept online payments through debit cards, credit cards, or bank transfers.

Do you provide your own equipment?
  • Our cleaners bring all the necessary equipment to complete their services. If you have a specific request, such as shining a stainless steel fridge, we kindly ask that you provide the appropriate cleaning solutions to assist our cleaners in fulfilling that request.

How do we pay for the service?
  • Once the cleaning service is completed, payment will be processed using the details collected at the time of booking. The final invoice will be sent directly to you, and the payment will be processed accordingly.

Do you offer carpet cleaning or window cleaning?

  • Yes, we have general liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, commercial motor insurance, and janitorial bond insurance.

How frequently do you bill for Commercial Cleaning? 
  • Our accounts are billed monthly.

What customer service systems do you have in place?
